Resumentor is built by people who have sat on both sides of the hiring table.
We started Resumentor after watching strong candidates disappear into applicant tracking systems for reasons that had nothing to do with their ability. A missing keyword, a buried achievement, a layout the parser could not read — small formatting facts, career-sized consequences.
Our answer is a mentor rather than a template gallery. You build one master profile that holds your entire history. For every job ad you meet, the mentor reads the advert the way a recruiter and a screening system would, tells you honestly how well you match, points to the exact gaps, and rewrites your CV from what you have actually done — never from invention.
We charge in credits instead of subscriptions because job hunting is not a monthly habit. You pay for the matches and documents you generate, you keep what you do not spend, and nothing renews behind your back.
The service is operated by Twenty 20 Communications AB in Stockholm, Sweden. Your profile, uploaded documents and generated CVs belong to you: they are protected by row-level security, your photo lives in a private bucket, and we never sell or share your data with recruiters or advertisers.
