Resumentor (“the Service”) is operated by Twenty 20 Communications AB, a company registered in Stockholm, Sweden (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal; you may not share, sell or transfer an account. You must be at least 16 years old to register. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or is used unlawfully.
Features of the Service are consumed with credits. Current prices are 3 credits for a quick match, 5 credits for a LinkedIn or CV import, 10 credits for a tailored CV with match report and 2 credits for a section rewrite. New accounts receive a free credit allowance. Credits are a prepaid licence to use features, are not money, carry no interest, cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable. Credits do not expire while your account is active. If an AI action fails for a technical reason, the credits spent on it are refunded automatically to your balance.
Purchased credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase for the unused portion, in line with EU consumer law, unless the pack has been fully consumed. Requests are made by email to the address in the About page. Credits consumed by successful AI actions are not refundable, since the service has been delivered.
You keep all rights in the profile data, documents and text you upload. You grant us a limited, revocable licence to store and process that content solely to operate the Service for you — generating analyses and tailored documents. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with recruiters or employers.
You may not upload data belonging to other people without a legal basis, use the Service to create deliberately false employment claims, attempt to reverse engineer or overload the Service, or resell the output as an automated CV factory. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit to an employer.
The Service produces automated assessments and drafts. Match scores, response-probability estimates and mentor insights are statistical guidance, not promises. We do not guarantee interviews, offers or employment of any kind, and you should review every generated document before sending it. You remain solely responsible for what you submit.
We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect purchased credits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost job opportunities, lost earnings or reputational harm. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We process personal data as a controller under the GDPR, on the basis of the contract between us. You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your data at any time; deleting your account removes your profile, documents and generated CVs. Data is stored within the EU.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
